Branch Opening

Hackney, Poplar and Stratford branches are open full-time.
Bethnal Green is closed.

  • During the national lockdown please only visit a branch if you have no other means of banking.
  • Consider using online banking or automated telephone banking instead of visiting a branch.
  • Opening times are 9.30am – 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 9.30am – 1.30pm on Thursday and Saturday. Details
  • Safe social distancing measures are in place in branches.



Current Accounts

There is a delay in Current account application process we are working hard to fast-track applications

  • Current account applications are being prioritised to ensure members can maintain access to their accounts without visiting a branch.
  • We are aware of reported issues with Balances. If you see an incorrect ATM account balance please inform us via this link
  • Apply for, or upgrade your current account



Join & Loan Applications

No reported issues

    Loan applications and join requests are being processed without delays.
  • New joiners need need to visit a branch to complete sign up – please check opening times.
