Branch Opening

Limited branch opening times

  • All branches are open from 10am-2pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday only. Details
  • Staff will manage the flow of branch visitors to ensure the official guidance of 2m distancing is observed.
  • Please consider using online banking or automated telephone banking instead of visiting a branch.



Current Accounts

Applications are being fast-tracked

  • Current account applications are being prioritised to ensure members can maintain access to their accounts without visiting a branch.
  • If you see an incorrect ATM account balance please inform us via this link
  • Apply for, or upgrade your current account



Join & Loan Applications

No reported issues

  • Loan applications and join requests are being processed without delays.
  • New joiners need need to visit a branch to complete sign up – please check opening times.
