Branch Opening

Bethnal Green branch is closed

  • Bethnal Green branch remains closed. re-open date tbc.
  • Hackney, Poplar and Stratford are open from 9.30am – 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 9.30am – 1.30pm on Thursday and Saturday. Details
  • Safe social distancing measures are in place in branches.
  • Consider using online banking or automated telephone banking instead of visiting a branch.



Current Accounts

Current Account applications are being fast-tracked

  • Current account applications are being prioritised to ensure members can maintain access to their accounts without visiting a branch.
  • If you see an incorrect ATM account balance please inform us via this link

    Loan applications and join requests are being processed without delays.
