Remember, London Community Credit Union will never:
  • Ask you for a PIN, your passwords, or your full passcode
  • We will never send you an unsolicited message by email or SMS that directs you to a web page requesting your login details
  • We will never contact you out of the blue and ask you to make payments or transfers from your accounts

If you receive suspicious communication that you think is a fraudulent attempt to get you to share sensitive details such as usernames, passwords or account details you can report it to the police.
