Covid-19: Keeping members and staff safe

We would like to update you on steps your credit union is taking to help minimise the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We are following official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England and will continue to monitor this carefully.

Our primary concern is the health and wellbeing of our members and staff and we have taken the following precautionary safety measures:

  • We are cleaning high contact points like branch counters more frequently
  • We have educated our staff on prevention
  • We have provided hand sanitizer for staff and gloves for cash handling staff
  • We have displayed information posters in branches promoting prevention.

In line with government guidance, we are continuing to operate as usual and will keep you updated of our response as and when required.

Use online and telephone banking

If you are unable to visit a branch or are concerned you may not be able to do so in the future our online banking facility and automated telephone banking are available to you.

These services allow you to check your account balances, make payments from your current account and request account transfers.
